  3. Incomplete Payment Verification: To ensure that the order payment matches the actual account holder, we may request additional information from the buyer. If the buyer refuses to comply or does not respond within 7 days, we will cancel the order and issue an immediate refund.
  4. Payment Amount Discrepancy: If the actual payment amount is lower than the order amount, we will contact the buyer. If the buyer still wants the product, we will negotiate the delivery of the corresponding quantity of game accounts based on the actual payment amount. If the buyer chooses a refund or refuses delivery, we will initiate a refund immediately.
  5. Virtual Product Refund: Since game accounts are virtual products, no shipping or handling fees will be charged for refunds.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  1. Completed Order Delivery: If we have successfully delivered the game account according to the order details, we cannot process a refund.
  2. Unpaid Orders: Buyers cannot request a refund for orders that have not been paid. The payment status is determined by whether there is a valid payment record in the receiving account.

Refund Application Process:

  1. Buyers should contact our customer service under reasonable conditions, providing the order number and reason for the refund.
  2. If the refund request is approved, the refund will be returned to the buyer’s account or bank card, usually within 1-3 business days.
